I had a bunch of cabinets in the garage that came with keyed cam-style locks on them. Keeping track of the myriad of keys was a PITA and the cabinets wouldn't stay closed without being locked. These were a great direct swap alternative - no more keys!

These thumb latches look to be better quality than the OEM latches! Hope they last longer!

It was always a hassle having to use a key to occassionally get into the two little storage boxes on the front of my camper. The locking mechanism was so cheap that I figured that if anyone wanting to get into them, they would have no problem prying them off, so I decided to purchase these keyless locking mechanisms and I couldn't be happier! I can be in and out of the storage box in seconds without fumbling for a key. Very well satisfied with my purchase, thank you.
