I've struggled with thumb pain for a while due to excessive typing and occasional heavy lifting at work. I messed up the tendon in my thumb and was very happy with this compression wrap. I am able to slide it over my thumb and still use my fingers to do normal things through out the day. The tight compression limits the amount of bending the tendon can do allowing it time to heal.

These thumb sleeves are a game-changer! I recently started volunteering at a food bank and needed to lift a LOT of boxes and crates. I had some cuts on my right thumb that were exacerbated by handwashing (have to do it a ton for my job) and the dry winter weather. Fabric bandages and gloves are certainly helpful in the right contexts, but I needed more protection and padding for this volunteer role. Sure enough, these sleeves were incredibly comfortable, durable, an did not move around or slide off my thumb. I never felt like my thumb was being strangled, and somehow it felt breathable. The fit was also perfect. It’s robust enough that if you need extra support for the thumb, it does provide that, while still retaining the ability to flex the thumb. Excellent value—highly recommend protecting your thumbs with these sleeves, I have no complaints.

I use this when I'm crafting, and my thumbs get sore from repetitive movements. These are a bit bulky, so they do need a little time to get use to them. They're very easy to use and stay on my thumbs well. The asking price is average, currently $14.99. I do wish they were a little cheaper, but the price isn't a deal breaker.Overall, these are great at relieving thumb soreness. Give them a try for yourself!

I use for racking my pistol slide. My thumb was getting sore. Now, that is not an issue. I also use for weight lifting. Excellent quality. Does not slide off.
