This grip does not properly fit as described. The grip completely covers exposure dial making dial unusable. Will return this item.

This thumb grip makes shooting wuth the X-E3 appreciably easier and more comfortable, although a couple things bear mentioning.The part that slips into the hot shoe does so a bit loosely, so I put a small strip of gaffer tape on the underside to make the fit snug and secure.The curvature of the bottom edge makes an abrupt downward turn, resulting in imprefect clearance of the AE-L button. It doesn’t touch nor cover it, it just leaves less room around it than around the other two buttons.Overall, a good product; looks great on the X-E3.

This thing is OK, but it came without any means of snugging it into the hot shoe, so I had to stick some electrical tape on the bottom so that it didn't fall out. After that it worked fine.

Flash light horse shoes may not fit the size, minor DIY adjustment may needed.
