Best speakers I have owned beyond studio monitors for production. They don’t over power the bass. The battery lasts long and is replaceable unlike other speakers. If battery dies you’re out of luck. With this you can order replacement. Overall I’m super impressed with how clear they sound. Had a friend borrow just one of the two I have. She bought Bose around same price. Ended up selling it and buying one of these. It’s well built too. One of the best ou phases I’ve made in awhile.

I've used it for several events now. Has great sound. Would be best to use with a separate preamp mixer to get more sound out of this gal.

I really wanted to like the speaker. I had high hopes for it. That said the sound quality wasn’t so great for me. The sound is definitely dull compared to other speakers I have. I have studio monitors, pioneer speakers, JBL portable speakers, Harman Kardon speakers and the sound of this wasn’t even close. I’d say for your money upgrade a little bit and get the Bose S1, or for even a little more the EV battery powered series. On the lower end, I’d probably stick to a more boom box type speaker, which will give you similar if not better sound.
