I'm really happy with this tool. It worked so well. Gives you extra training. It goes together. Real easily comes apart easily as well. Instructions are clear and simple which is a bonus. This volleyball spike trainer is pretty good and has helped me a lot in spike training. The overall design of the device is simple and can simulate spike movements, making it feel like practicing in a real scene. Its adjustable function is very convenient. I adjusted the height according to my height, and it was more comfortable to train. During training, I can increase the difficulty according to my needs to help improve my strength and technique

This spike trainer for volleyball is very nice. Quite heavy but there are wheels at the bottom to help moving. Easy to assemble and adjustable in height from 6 to 11 feet with an extension, so very flexible. There are water weights included to hold down the bottom so very stable.Trainer works well. The ball with cord is a good idea so don't need a lot of balls and retrieve them. Smart and effective for solo training. Good stuff for the budget.

This is a good tool for volleyball players to practice hitting. It is easy to assemble. It comes with a water bag to weight it down, but I think I will get a sandbag for extra stability. The top part is very wobbly. It scares me that it’s going to break when you hit, but it hasn’t. This is a budget version of a spike trainer and it does the job. It is much more affordable than the professional versions.

Easily setbup without tools, this quality durable trainer is adjustable from 6 feet to 11 feet with an extension. The ball is held by bungee cords to the top so you jump attempting to spike the ball down into the other team's court. Water weights are included while takedown and moving are very easy. This training tool works very well. No chasing the ball, since it is attached, maximizes practice time. A great training to develop jumping, agility and ball handling ability for volleyball or even basketball rebounds.

Assembly is pretty easy, clear instructions. This is a great tool for practicing spikes without a setter. It wobbles a bit more than I like, but at the same time, the base is pretty heavy, so I don't have any concern about this toppling over at all. The price is FAR better than those I have looked at in the big box sporting goods stores, so I can handle a bit of a wobble, since it doesn't interfere with the actual purpose.

Ok, it's heavy!! But that's good so you know it's not going to fall over on your player during training. We have 3 volley ball players in the house and this is great for me to stand up and set them while the spike it. The metal window makes it so they have to have good form or they're gonna whack their hand on it during the back swing. It's a top recommend for your volley ball player. Or for the white man practicing to jump.
