I received my tibia trainer and brought to my gym. It loads well and works to about 25-35lbs. Somewhere around 20lbs of loading the clip and weight will just fall off. I suggest writing in its description that it can only handle this amount of weight, or sell with a strong clip which you can load the bar with 50lbs or more.

For the money I have no major complaints with this tib bar. The padding is minimal, but does provide some cushion to the tops of your feet. The overall build seems solid for the weight I use with it. And the included clamp is simple and effective. However, this is not a one size fits all bar, as it it is not adjustable. I wear a 9.5 men's shoe size and it fits decently. I can see however if your feet are larger, smaller or just shaped taller or more flat that fitment will be the main problem. That said, it fits me ok, so I'm happy with it.

Got it for my mom for her recovering knee. Even with shoes the gap between heel and toe to lift it up seems to big. Build quality is sturdy though.

I was very excited to try the AHTAPFON Tib Bar for my home gym. It was an easy quick assembly. However, it is extremely uncomfortable to use due to the lack of padding on the top of your foot. Once I added more padding with a rolled-up towel it worked great. You can feel it working when you are doing ab and leg exercises. Hopefully, the brand will improve the padding on this equipment.

Nicely made product that is built to last. It’s probably not something you’ll ever load a ton of weight onto so it probably last indefinitely under normal use. It’s a little tricky to figure out initially but that’s going to be the case with anything similar. Wearing shoes seems to be a big help for me with it. The weight rod seems to be a little large too. It had no issues holding my normal weight plates, but the micro plates were very difficult to get on. Not sure that’s a knock on the micro plates or this, but I’ve not had a problem with those plates before. Either way though, despite being very tight it worked, so I don’t see a reason to knock off stars for that. It’s a very nice product, easy to put together and should last as long as you want to use it in my opinion.

This thing is tiny. I got it cause I thought it’d be bigger in person. Very very basic tib bar. If you’re a small man or woman this is ok. Basically it’s for a teenager or even a child. I can barely get my feet in it. I don’t recommend this for a large man like myself. I wish it’d be double the size because then it’d be usable.

For my home gym, this is perfect. It's very sturdy and easy to use. Not a lot of parts. No steep learning curve. No fiddling with a too-short strap under a door with bad stability. I think I might prefer an ever so slightly thicker and longer cross bar, but I totally get why they sized it how they did for the various positions it can and should be used for, as well as to suit a wide variety of people including people smaller than I. It's great for both stretching as well as lighter strength training. The padding is light, but still very comfortable and the included clamp secures plates well. Pretty solid piece of equipment and very useful. Recommended

WAY more focused physical exercise than I thought I was gonna get out of this!This is one of those silly items you see and see again and think "that looks like the dumbest......."WRONG! This Tib Bar Tibialis Trainer is DECEPTIVELY focused and really works well. I am impressed!Super easy to assemble. Let's see, there's only one bar with a "screw" sticking out of it,... and another with a "screw hole", sooooo............ If you're still struggling with the assembly, then it's time to move on. For the rest of us, toss a 10 or 15 lbs weight plate on there and get to work!Made of solid steel with either neoprene or rubber bumper pads to cushion the tops of your feet, this is an exceedingly simple yet effective workout tool. Only took me one set of 10 reps with 15 lbs on it to realize this item was a winner!! VERY glad that I stopped scrolling and said "YES!"
