Awesome, high quality steering wheel lock! Brightly colored so that thieves will understand they are not going to have an easy time. You can install this with ease, as it only requires a key to undo, but "closes" on the steering wheel with manual force. It fit a large bus steering wheel no problem. Came with 3 keys so you can keep one hidden in the vehicle and 2 for 2 sets of keys.It seems to be a great security deterrence and will provide the necessary security guarantees that you are looking for in a wheel lock.

This steering wheel lock definitely feels heavy and solid. It locks onto the steering wheel securely and comes with 3 keys, which is convenient in case I misplace one. However, one thing to be careful about, when I was holding it, the bar unexpectedly slid in and pinched my hand, leaving me with two blood blisters. So while I appreciate the heavy-duty design, it could use a better safety mechanism or warning for handling. Overall, it does the job well, just use caution when setting it up.

We live in a high auto theft area of the US, and while our newer cars usually have adequate security features, there are tons of high end cars stolen around us that are hacked open. According to the police in our area, old school devices like these are causing thieves to just skip to the next vehicle they can just hack to get in. This lock is heavy steel with plastidip to soften the grip. It comes with 3 laser-cut keys, which are more secure than standard. It also has 2 bars and 2 hooks, requiring extra time if the thieves try to cut through it. This is a super effective device as it is a big red flag to find another car to steal. It shrinks down nice and fits my 2019 Ram, 1988 Corvette, and 2013 Highlander well. It is relatively low cost as well. It comes off easily with one hand on the device and one to turn the key. I highly recommend.

I like the idea of this and am putting it to use in my late model Ford F-150 which it fits the wheel very well. It does what it says it should and that's stop the steering wheel from being able to be turned or used. In particular, the end of the bar extends far enough to not allow the wheel to turn past the column between the front windshield and front door. Likewise, the end of the bar extends far enough to not go past the front door (when closed) or the front seat itself. So effective and works in the F-150 as intended - to keep the steering wheel from freely turning. It appears well made and a good design with what also appears to be a secure key design (three included). The tumbler has a solid tactile feel when inserting and turning the key to lock the extending bar in place. The gap between the two holes that the extension bar goes into and extents out from has very little to no significant gap so it would be difficult to insert anything into that space to "trip" or push pins away from the notches. Again to say this really is well made and a solid wheel locking bar. I suppose that main thing is the visual deterrent in that you would hope someone would move onto the next car that is an easier target that doesn't have to mess with a wheel lock. This of course doesn't help with a smash and grab, and with immobilizers in key fobs (unless you're driving an older Hyundai), it's certainly more difficult to "hot wire" a car in 2025, but looking through the window, this is a visual indication that an effort has been made to secure your vehicle

This bright yellow bar lock is big, beefy, heavy, and highly visible... so it hopefully will be intimidating enough to inspire potential thieves to move onto the next vehicle instead. The lock feels sturdier than I was expecting and works smoothly, while the three included keys (versus one or two) are a nice bonus (though I would have preferred a user-selectable combination lock).A determined pro with tools could break the lock or cut through the sliding chrome bars (or cut the steering wheel itself), but no steering wheel lock is 100% foolproof. They merely are intended to deter casual thieves/joyriders with an extra layer of nuisance and time-delaying complication that potentially could be noticed by witnesses. If you want serious protection, there are starter cut-off devices, hidden GPS and other solutions that are more effective but expensive. When ordering, I was concerned that this might not fit my 8th Generation Civic, or leave unsightly dent marks on the wheel center. But it fits well (extended approx halfway, so larger wheels should also be fine), and rests above the wheel center without touching it. Once locked in, it doesn't budge, and immediately would hit the driver side windshield column while steering to the left. So there is no way to drive the car unless it's first removed. Hopefully the lock and/or keys don't break, though they seem to work well.

This "Club" substitute is way more robust than the ones I have used in the past (including "The Club"). It has 2 solid steel tubes whereas I have only seen these things with 1 before now. The wide, bright yellow handle part is noticeable and also makes it easy to handle this rather heavy bar. It is quick and easy to install and uninstall. The rubber coating on the hook parts that go on the steering wheel is thick and gentle on the steering wheel. I love that they include 3 keys! We put 1 on each of the car keys and keep 1 as a back-up. Very good theft deterrent!

This has a metal rod that is U shapedThe rod is only about 1/4 of an inch diameter, so small enough to use a bolt cutter to quickly defeat and take off the steering wheelDisclaimer in instructions says this device alone cannot stop anyone really wanting to steal the vehicleI tested this on both my cars, and it would mount to the steering wheel but again would not fully trust inthis device in preventing someone using a bolt cutter to remove device from steering wheel
