How to Block on different height:
1. Take out the hook
2. Pull down the rope perpendicularly to the ground
3. You cannot block in different height if less than 1KG
4. Pull the rope on desired height ,if it had not block ,do not immediately let go
5. To the slowest speed (Suggestion 10mm/s),retake or pull about 1cm-3cm to block it
6. The hook's using method is opposite with the seat belt
7.Slowly pulling strings to make it block in the hook of erecting
8.Max Weight: under 10kg
First, you need to ensure the hanging hook is vertically down(if not it will not work).
When you need to locate the plant at a position you want please pull the strap slowly, and then it will get stuck(there are about ten stop points)
The plant hanger is mainly designed for indoor hanging plant and can't work properly in the wind outdoor.

This pulley is durable enough to hold a full large bird feeder and makes it so easy to bring it down, refill it, and put it back up in the tree.

No directions included in the package. I wasn’t sure why the device tape was stopping at intervals - I had to look up info under the product description. The product was advertised as being able to be used to hang bird feeders but then stated they were not for use outdoors. Confusing product.

I have used these for years and they are great. It's so much easier to water hanging baskets and you can adjust the length of the plant from the ceiling. Mine generally last five or six years before I have to replace them.

They are finicky and sometimes hard to retract and to get to the correct height

These hangers are handling some pretty heavy hanging baskets with no problem. Sometimes I have to make several attempts to get a height adjustment to click in, but it's not a huge issue. Quite happy overall.

We use these to hang bird feeders and plants! Once you get the hang of how to get it to go up or come down, its not hard to use. You do need pressure to get it to stay in a down position. Like if I take the plant off the hanging plant shelf, the pully goes all the way back up. It doesn't stay extended to the height you set without constant weight putting tension on it. I've bought several sets & will buy again.

I love these hangers. I used them spring thru summer. My beam is too tall to water my plants without either taking them down, getting a step stool or ladder, or getting myself wet trying to water. The hangers easily retract to pull the plant down, and then lift back up in place after watering.. it also keeps the deer out of them....I show them to everyone and highly recommend them
