Used it on a whale and shark trip for ninety days straight. Love it. Clean view for a larger face. Nice to have the reflective panoramic warning for things coming from around the sides.

I'm no pro, and I only get to snorkel every few years. But, I really love to snorkel and will stay in the water for hours at a time. I'm comfortable in 1 ft waves/chop and occasionally dive down to 10 ft to get closer to coral. I've only snorkeled the Caribbean, so I don't know other areas. This mask works really well. It forms a great seal and is very comfortable. However, I would not call it "panoramic". The seam between the front glass and side panels is extremely noticeable. But, I don't think the panoramic feature is important because the front glass is close enough to your eyes, that there is a fairly large view anyway. Now, here are a few things that I've learned over the years about snorkeling:- the best views are when the Sun is directly overhead (noon time)... the underwater lighting is brightest at this time- my wife always has problems with her mask leaking, the first day. Like most people she thinks that she doesn't have the mask tight enough on her face. Once she asks for help, we discover that she started out with the mask too tight, and just kept making it tighter and tighter. With today's masks, a looser fit is almost always a better fit. Adjust the tightness such that moving water won't slide the mask on your face... that's pretty loose. Test the fit and seal of the mask by holding the mask on your face (without the straps) and take a short gentle suck of air in through your nose. The mask should quickly pull tight against your face (from suction) and the seal should not leak at all (for as long as you can hold your breath... 5-10 seconds is enough for the test). You should be able to take your hands off the mask and just the short breath suction should hold the mask on your face. If you don't get this seal there is something wrong with the mask, or the fit (wrong size, or hair is in the seal).- SInce I don't get to snorkel that often, I always take my gear to the pool a week or so before our trip. I start out with only the fins. After 20 minutes of only fins, I take the fins off and use only the mask (maybe not even the snorkel tube). Eventually I add everything together. This technique allows me to focus on each element and make sure that I'm comfortable.- to keep the mask clear while snorkeling I just pull the seam open when I'm in the water, and let a tablespoon of water into the mask. While snorkeling I just slosh this water around to clear the fog.- for some reason (that I don't understand), I'll almost run into other snorkelers before I see them. I don't think the scene is as large as I think it is with the mask. It always freaks me out. I even look around from time to time, and still manage to run right on to fellow snorkelers.Bottom line about this mask: Unless you're a pro, you will love this mask as long as it's the right size (do the suction test).
