Very well done. Light and comfortable. Many pockets for all your gadgets. Stay slim. Will buy again.

I love the bag - lightweight, sturdy, slips perfectly over the handle of my roll-a-board, but it arrived with a broken snap on the carry strap. Unfortunately I didn't open the packaging and discover this until I was about to travel, which was too late to return it or ask for a replacement strap. This is my second bag from them; the previous one is about 15 years old and probably has a million miles on it. The old one's Velcro was finally giving up, so I got a new one. Love them.

I was hoping I could keep my laptop, some pens and folders in here. I can, but it is a tight fit. I thought there would be more space.

Timbuk2’s description is super accurate, if you’re looking to comfortably carry a few items then this is the bag for you.

My previous timbuk2 model laptop bag was a large ‘TSA compliant’ bag (e.g., it unzipped to lie flat, so you wouldn’t have to take your laptop out for x-ray, at least in theory). This bag does not have that feature, AND IS SURPRISINGLY BETTER FOR IT. Personally, if I have a larger bag, I tend to fill it, and then end up lugging more stuff around than necessary. This bag has a smaller profile which is welcome, but still has room for my 15” work laptop, its charge accessories, headphones, notepad, and a few pens. And there’s even room for a 24oz water bottle on the ‘outside corner’ pocket/sleeve. I love this thing. Everything I need, nothing I don’t. Recommended.

I've been a fan of Timbuk2 laptop bags for decades now. When I started a new job recently, I was given a 16" MacBook Pro as my work computer and I thought I'd pick up a Timbuk2 bag to carry it around. It simply doesn't fit without fighting the zipper that closes the laptop compartment. I think, without a zipper there, it would work and I do find it a bit odd that a zipper was considered for enclosing the laptop internally (in addition to the exterior enclosure). Most bags will just utilize a velcro or button strap. Now, I realize that a medium is designed to carry a 15" (usually meaning 15.4"-15.6" standard sizes) so I can't completely knock this. However, I tend to find that 15" laptop bags have at least a little bit of wiggle room. Since this didn't work, I replaced it with a Samsonite 15" laptop bag which fits perfectly (and also leaves a little bit of wiggle room).
