Pasta set: 5 starsThis set is so fun! Everything is solidly made and works well. I’d recommend getting a pasta roller too since it’s pretty hard to get the dough rolled thin enough to cut with several of the tools. The gnocchi board is my favorite; so fast and gets really nice grooves in the pasta!

There are quite a few different pasta making tools included in the set, and surprisingly, no directions, or even a manual, reminding you what each of them is for, so be ready for some Internet searching when you get this set. I guess if you are a seasoned pasta maker, then you know how to use all these tools, but for novice like myself, it would’ve been nice for them to include some sort of starter booklet or even some basic recipes. All the tools are well-made, except for the rice potato masher. The masher feels a little jenky as the metal is pretty thin and not sure how long it is going to hold up. However, all the other tools seem to well and feel like pretty good quality.
