This is the one stop shop for circuit repair it’s got tip tinning powder a syringe or non corrosive flux a copper wool pad and dehydrated compressed sponges for tip cleaning it even has a little resealable ziplock pouch of absolutely every single type of soldering iron tip imaginable although I’m not sure what specific type of soldering iron you need to be able to use them ….all in all at the price point it’s got all the accessories including the braided copper rope for desoldering joints I can’t believe I almost forgot to mention that part! Super good buy for what you get at the price point! It does the thing and so much more than what I wanted it for highly practical and recommended!

Good kit, with a variety of soldering accessories.I tried one of the tips on a no-name soldering iron, and it fit and performed perfectly. The solder wick really soaked up the solder. The only disappointment of the kit is that the plunger doesn’t actually fit in the syringe. I tried forcing it quite firmly without success. The syringe has a piston in it, so the plunger does not require a tight fit, so I trimmed the plunger head from a circle to an octagon, and it works perfectly. I would have taken a star for this QC problem…but if you’re soldering, you can handle trimming this plunger down.

I've learned that to solder electronics without melting them, you need to minimize contact time. -And to do that you need clean tools. This means conditioning/scrubbing the tip often and using flux. This accessory kit works as intended and even comes with a novel flux syringe. (I used to just dip the solder in flux and dab it).The tip cleaner comes in the form of granules, which spilled and made a mess since I expected a paste. I like the de-soldering wick (No more heating and bumping!)Can't beat this for the price.Note that this does not come with a storage container of any kind. Once you assemble the syringe, it won't fit back into the cardboard box. Use a plastic take-out container.

If someone told me they bought a soldering iron and wanted recommendations for things to go with it, short of quality solder, this would be it. These are the absolute essentials you need to solder with and to maintain your iron. I'm not a sponge guy, but they're good to have. The brass sponge is perfect and works great. The tip tinner I've never seen be powder rather than a solid, but it still works all the same and left a perfect finish on my crusty old wedge tip. This is an absolute must have for someone getting started or a perfect gift to go along with an iron and some solder. Whoever put this together clearly has experience soldering because they've nailed it all down to the bare essentials. Flux goes a really, really long way and I would argue is necessary even with flux core leaded solder.

This is a basic kit for soldering minus the tin and solder sucker. The included items are fine for my once-in-a-while needs. I would say, if you don’t need the tips, then buy another kit where you get more flux, etc. If you solder frequently, then I would suggest buying higher quality items. I would buy it again if the price was a bit lower or if a cheap solder sucker was part of the kit.

This set is a must-have for someone who is starting out soldering and wants to have great looking and strong connections. The flux comes preloaded in a syringe that makes for easy application for smaller solder connections. The only problem with the flux is that I wish there was more of it. The copper solder wick is a revelation for me. In the past, I would use the suction tool to removed excess solder from through holes, but it was always finicky. The solder wick works great and leaves a perfect surface for the new component. The tips appear to be for 900m soldering irons, but I haven't tested them to be sure. This is a great set for the money and really ups your solder game if you are new to repairing electronics.

Very good set of accessories. I can't really think of anything negative about them. The tips fit a little soldering pen I have, the measurements were about identical to the tip inside the pen. The solder wick worked better than another kind I have but I think that's just user error and I happened to do better this time. I've never used tip tinner and that worked really nice. The copper wire scrubber is of very good size and the tin contains all of it. Flux worked well. All very positive and I believe it's worth the price.

I wish I'd had this when I started electronics repairs. It may not be the best you can get, but it's a perfect little kit for someone starting out (or someone like me who didn't have a couple of the items. Don't ask, I don't know how I got this far, either.)The tips are pretty cheap, though. I don't have a top of the line iron, it's a budget one like any other, but the tips that came with it have largely retained their color. One of the tips from this kit went dark after a few hours of soldering. It also wanted to stick to the pins I was soldering to, which was odd; my other tips don't do that. Everything else in this kit is great, though. I actually like the flux in this better than the other flux I bought. If you're just starting out soldering and don't want to invest (either because you only have one project you need it for or you're not sure it's something you want to pursue,) this is a great option.

This kit came with everything one would need to get a small and inexpensive electronics project completed (all but your heat source/soldering iron of course). The wick did a fair job, however the solder is not the best quality. It did come with flux, but in an injectable/resealable single use tube. Enough for your project and a little more, but it didn't allow the solder to flow as nicely as I'd hoped for, although I've only ever used flux in a can with a brush previously so I may just be too unfamiliar with this specific formula and method of application.
