This is a great flashing light, it highly increases safety and visibility in all kinds of weather and conditions, and at any point during the day. It's rechargeable, so you don't have to worry about wires. The remote works great, and all you need is a magnetically compatible metal roof to slap this baby on. Well they're using it as part of a professional service or as a first responder, or simply as a civilian keeping an emergency safety light handy for breakdowns and accident scenes, etc, this is the light you want. So far, it's been impervious to all the wild weather we have had here in Ohio in the past couple weeks, which has ranged from snow and ice and hail and rain to near hurricane winds, and even some hot days that reached almost to 90°. That's Ohio winters for you! I feel confident this will last many years, and I feel this device is definitely going to save lives. Would definitely order again!

It’s a bit inconvenient that you must physically push the power button on the bottom of the unit to get it to turn on only then can you use the remote. So every time I want to use it I have to take it off the top of my truck and push the power button. You can turn it off from the remote inside your vehicle and change the mode of the lights but you can’t turn it on.
