If you have a portable tire inflator, it may have come with a short inflator hose. You can use this hose to extend the reach of the original inflator hose, but not all inflator hoses are best suited for this extension.I have a tire inflator with a short inflator hose, and that hose has a screw-on type connection to the tire schrader valve. This extension hose will screw right onto that original hose with no trouble at all. Some inflator hoses has a compression fitting for the schrader valve, and while you can use this extension with those as well, it won't be as tidy looking.I like the tire valve connection on this extension hose. It has a quick connect clamp that works very easily and quickly. I sometime struggle with the compression-type fittings which have a lever that compresses a rubber gasket around the schrader valve threads.This extension is only about 12" long, so it will double the length of a short 12" original inflator hose when used as an extension. If you try to use this as a replacement, be aware that the threads and diameter of the connection to your compressor may be smaller, so this extension will not work as a replacement hose.

This is a much-needed product for many of those who have purchased a lithium-ion battery powered tire inflator product. Many of the inflators have short or very short inflation hoses which can make it more difficult than it needs to be to re-inflate a low-pressure tire. This hose is 14-inches long and it is equipped with a lock-on chuck to make certain that the hose is properly attached to the tire’s inflation valve and enable the quick and positive removal of the chuck from the valve when the inflation process is completed. Additionally, this hose is built with a braided nylon cover on the outside of the hose to make the hose strong and relatively impervious to damage. Finally, the hose has a pressure release valve built into the inflator end fitting. This can be used for lowering the pressure of a tire, should that be required.This product appears to be well constructed of quality materials and I have found that it works well with my tire inflator. Thank you for producing a quality product.
