I needed a little cigar ashtray at my Weber grill and this works perfect for that. The ashtray is solid and weather resistant so you can keep it outdoors. I was reluctant to put a wooden one out there long term, but this works great. It also comes with 3 different cutter and a draw enhancer (needle) which I am also keeping outdoors. This is a great and durable little set.

I can always use more portable ash trays, so grabbed this one for my travel kit.The ashtray itself is not the same 'solid metal' quality that some of it's competitors are, but on the other hand it's a lot lighter.I was kind of baffled by the fold out mirror on the cutter, but cool that it can switch modes between a regular straight cutter and 'perfect' style cutter with a backstop. The cutter was quite sharp.The V-Cutter, however wasn't sharp. I don't know what it is about these cheap V Cutters being dull. I wonder if you can't sharpen the metal before it's stamped because it might crack, and sharpening it after stamping would probably be pretty difficult for manufacturing.Can't beat the price, if you need a cutter or ashtray.

I thought this would be a cheap, gimmicky item — it's not. It's going to come with me on camping trips.My only critique is that there is no case. Everything is lose and there's no way to keep it together. Each item is high quality (except perhaps for the little hole punch), but the lack of a case causes it to lose a star, unfortunately.

First off – this is THE ashtray size you want! I have tried soooo many and so many are not deep enough to properly hold the ash of a cigar. This style and size of ash tray, in my experience, is the perfectly size for cigars or cigarettes.These sets are fairly common and are frequently re-branded. I actually own basically this exact same set from a different company but the ash tray is wearing out from use (the paint is disappearing) so I wanted a new one. The great thing here is they sell the ash tray by itself for only like $5 or $6 – game changer!The full set is equally cheap at only $12-$13ish and has every tool you would need to get started with cigars. I’m personally a fan of using the cigar punch tool instead of the cutters ever since I got one. Definitely worth trying a punch if you haven’t yet!Solid 5/5 set here! Fantastic price! Tools and ash tray are all perfect and dimensioned correctly. Highly recommend!

We had to put this cigar accessory set through a very rigorous testing session, then we realized we needed to do some more testing and I am sure we will test again since we don’t mind sending our test fuel material up in smoke. We also tested some bourbon and the 2-1/2” round clear ice balls (see my other product review for my big ice balls).This set covers all the standard cutting needs: 1) punch for the cigar cap 2) guillotine cutter with a cover for a very shallow trim, or cover opens to dump the piece or use without (like for a torpedo 3) "V" shaped cutter 4) the V cutter tool also has a small poker needle for adjusting a tight draw. Also included is an ashtray with cigar support. Some other reviews say the ashtray is too small, but this is exactly as the seller describes and the seller characterizes this as "portable" for which other sellers state appreciation. Anyway the ashtray appears to be some sort of ceramic and the seller describes this as "solid melamine". I am not a cigar ashtray scientist, but it seems good quality that is easy to clean. Pictured for reference is a 7" long stick which the ashtray supports well enough.Overall: Good Value
