We recommend separating teeth 6" to 9" apart. Very pleased with this kit. Very heavy duty. Used to put a removable tooth bar on a mini trackloader. Worked great. You do need a 220v mig to weld them up. Very thick steel.

Although UPS screwed up twice, I finally got my order of bucket teeth and attaching bar. Titan was very prompt in shipping replacements (UPS lost the teeth twice, finally the third package arrived). The 72" bar is 1/2 steel, quite strong but easy to cut to fit my loader bucket. It's not in the product description but the weld-on bases for the teeth lock under the bucket edge when installed, you can sort of see this in the photo, makes sense because otherwise even the 1/2 bar could bend. This is a seriously good product, fits my needs exactly.

Great product. Easy in. Cut off 12” and slid it right in my John Deere 60” bucket. Assembled, set and spaced with a piece of 2x8, welded in the tops and most of the main bar. I have a 4 in 1 bucket for anything other then digging. Took it out back and within 30 min had a much straight line a several inches deep and 2 big mounds on either end of topsoil/clay and grass. Only a 46hp so it’s easy to get the bucket to deep to fast. But. Twitch the angle and it pops right back to the good cut depth.
