I ordered the X3 version that is 80" tall and 21" from the wall.It was shipped promptly: the wall bracing and hardware in 1 package, and the vertical posts in a separate package.I received the wall bracing and hardware, but the other package was MIA although Fedex tracking says delivered. On the Fedex tracking details the final note said: "left at gated driveway." The problem is I do not have a gated driveway.I contacted Titan who wanted to have nothing to do with it and suggested only that I resolve it with Fedex. I contacted Fedex who was much more helpful. Eventually a case was opened, and after 4 days of back and forth they declared the package mis-delivered and unrecoverable: ie. Lost. They said the shipper should contact their Fedex account rep and initiate a claim. I got back in touch with Titan again with this information, and again they wanted to have nothing to do with it. They suggested I resolve it with Fedex directly, or file a police report (?!!). I contacted fedex again asking if I can resolve it with them directly, and they answered that can be done only after the sender gives me a claim waiver (makes sense, since Fedex wouldn't want 2 separate parties both making claims on the same package). I contacted Titan again, and still they won't lift a finger. At that point I initiate a claim with Amazon for resolution. Amazon was very helpful, but miraculously a day after I opened the issue with Amazon, a neighbor several doors down brought my package over (it weighed like 80lbs).Customer service:Amazon gets a 5/5,Titan: 0/5Fedex: 3/5 (they did mis-deliver, but they at least went through the motions of looking for it)Rock Star Neighbor: 10/5, what a guy!Now as for the product:The rack itself is very well made. Thick and heavy gauge steel. Good (Westside) hole spacing. Parts fit together nicely with just a little play. The packages included no instructions, but gave a code and a link from which I should be able to download the manual. Went there, that code retrieved nothing.I browsed around and stumbled upon a packing list for the model I have, but no instructions. There was an instruction manual for a similar product (probably the T3), from which you can figure out how to do your install. The feet on the posts were 3/8" rubber, firm but a bit squishy. It didn't want to slide over my rubber floor covering (horse stall mats). I replaced these with feet I made from 3/8" UHMW sheets. Other than that the installation was straightforward.I used 2x10 kiln-dried douglas fir stringers across 4 wall studs. To attach the wall brackets (holes were 1/2") I used 3/8" lag screws over large washers, so that I still have some positional adjustment post install.Sequence of install:1. attach the brackets to the posts, and insert pins to lock them in the extended position.2. lean the assemblies tight against the wall with the horizontal pull up bar also installed across them to ensure proper spacing. Level them, then measure where your stringers will go.3. install stringers.4. screw the assemblies onto the stringers. Make micro adjustments as necessary (hence the 3/8" screws in 1/2" holes) so they can fold easily yet be solid against the floor when extended. My floor was level, YMMV (use shims if necessary?).It's a 1 afternoon job for 1 person provided you have all the tools, hardware, and lumber for stringer.2 people would make it easier, but not necessary.Product quality: 5/5
