Not sure why they came used/damaged. Iam fine buying used, but I don't like being misled.They do seem to work, feel like it took a very long to receive and now they look used. Just be truthful

These things are very sharp and so far, will cut through everything I've put them to. Wooden dowel rods, leather, any type of material. I am only concerned about their ability to last as they just feel a little under engineered. I think time will tell, but so far, they are great.

I purchased this product to cut Dyneme/Kevlar braded rope while splicing. It works better than a normal scissors but still requires a number of cuts to make it through a strand of the rope. I'm working with 3-8mm dyneme and most cuts are of 2mm strands.

Surprisingly good! I don't like to much plastic on tools and was a bit sceptical but i decided to give it a try. was about to buy the Parktool scissorand so far i'm not disappointed. Use them in the bike-shop everyday and it work just fine. Would recommend!

I use these scissors professionally (at work) and they are great, they stay in my belt pouch 40+ hours a week and endure fairly heavy usage. They hold an edge very nicely and the long handles lend to very nice leverage for cutting through thick textiles. The finger holes are a little small and not very ergonomic so I wouldn't recommend for extended usage (hours at a time). Also, I would not use these as electricians scissors. I don't think they would hold up well to wire but I haven't tried it either. These are fantastic for textiles, cord, small diameter rope (3/8" or less), plastic and cardboard and I highly recommend them for someone who needs a small set of heavy duty scissors that can take some heavy use.
