The bolt and the receiver use the same size hex key. Checked measurements of my existing bolts first to ensure the correct fit, pieces threaded together perfectly for the full depth required.

Worthless for mtb stem. Bolt does not thread though the nut. You only have about 5 rotations of the nut before it stops and won't go any further.
