gloves are very comfortable and good wrist support and they would be very good for sparring definitely worth your money and the padding is very good. it fits very well on my hands despite me being around 145 lbs and theyre 16 oz.

Title by far makes the best training gloves. I've used different brands and they never hold up. Title is affordable, comfortable, and durable. I'm loyal to Title gloves.
