The response rate on these is fine. The d pad does feel a bit stiff, but it will probably need some breaking in/getting used to. The lighting is fun, and the programmable nature was a bit of a surprise. It feels good, though I'm not a huge fan of the textured feel on the underside of the two grips. That's a personal thing though, others may like it.Keep in mind however this is primarily a ps4 controller. If you are intending to use it on PC, wired is your only option, which is a bit weird and the cables are a bit short for this purpose depending on where your pc is. That's really holding these back. If one of the major compatible systems is wired only, a longer cable would go a long way toward making it more usable. It does apparently also support ios and android wireless play too though.

I was a bit worried as I ordered them for my PC and the instructions said to use the usb cable for PC use. I tried the android setup, which was a matter of holding 2 buttons down for a couple of seconds and my PC found and paired with it over a bluetooth connection without any issue. I play emulators quite a bit and have some xbox style controllers but have really wanted something for my PSX emulator and such. These feel solid and have worked well for me. I also poked around a bit on a few games on steam and didn't run into any issues. These seem like a goof buy. Packaged well enough, each in bubble wrap with foam rings around the thumbsticks to protect them during shipping. There are 2 usb wires included as well and you can play them wired if you prefer, but the bluetooth works fine with pc or androidd/ios.

These wireless controllers are a budget-friendly replacement or addition for PlayStation gaming, and they include rear buttons for extra customization. The battery life is reasonable, though the feel and responsiveness might not exactly match official controllers. They’re a good value for casual play, but more serious gamers may notice some differences.

These are great OEE ps4 controllers. They aren't official controllers so they won't be the quality that you should expect from purchasing directly from Sony but they are great for what they are. I do like the added LED lights around the thumb sticks but they can be a distraction for some people. There may be a way to turn those off but I haven't sat down to figure it out yet. These controllers also have programmable back buttons that would be really helpful for any number of games requiring multi-button presses or for retro emulation devices that use a hotkey plus another button for added features. One big plus to these controllers over OEM PS4 controllers is the addition of USB-C ports which weren't included in original PS4 controllers.

These PS4 controllers are a great deal! And they work great, too. Our family PS4 has needed new controllers for awhile, so when I saw these, I grabbed them. You get 2 controllers for less than what you can buy a single branded one for. And they also work with a laptop, too, as my son told me. He was tickled when I got these, and was really happy to give them a try! I would definitely recommend this great deal on controllers. At the time of this review, they are $40 for two controllers.

I recently purchased the TJPD 2 Pack Wireless Controllers for my PS4, and they’ve exceeded my expectations! This set includes two stylish black controllers, each with programmable rear buttons and USB-C cables, offering amazing value. Pairing them with my PS4 Slim was seamless, with zero lag or connection issues. They also work perfectly on my PC for Steam games, which is a huge plus! The controllers are comfortable, with a solid grip that feels great during extended gaming sessions. The dual vibration and 6-axis motion sensors enhance immersion in action and racing games, and the programmable back buttons are a game-changer—easy to set up for quick combos, giving me a competitive edge. Battery life is strong, lasting 10-12 hours per charge, and the USB-C cables make recharging fast. One minor note: the lights stay on while charging, so it’s a bit tricky to tell when they’re fully charged, but this didn’t detract from the overall experience. For the price, this 2-pack is a steal. The quality rivals pricier brands, and the extra features like rear buttons make these controllers stand out. Highly recommend for PS4 or PC gamers looking for reliable, high-quality controllers!

These are decent budget controllers. Actually, as an old fogey myself, it's kinda crazy to think that $20 is budget territory for controllers nowadays. That being said, I don't have a PS4, but I was able to put this controller through its paces on PC. Like most budget controllers, you have to spin the analog sticks around a few times to properly calibrate them, but once calibrated, they're fairly decent. There's a decent bit of snapping to the XY axes on these, so precise inputs do get a bit lost about 10 degrees off-axis. That being said, the sticks do feel nice otherwise. The face buttons and L1/R1 are very spongy feeling, definitely rubber domes. L2 and R2 aren't so great; they don't register any input until halfway through the throw, and then after that, it's a couple of millimeters until that input is maxed out. The gyroscope is extremely sensitive, but I never checked my testing program (AntiMicroX) against a PS4 controller, so maybe that's just how they are. The touchpad is responsive, but very loose feeling, and it rocks around a lot more than a DS4 touchpad does. In terms of battery life, after about an hour, I was at 90% battery life, down from 100%. That tells me that these will last about 8 to 10 hours, which is disappointing for a wireless controller. In actual gameplay, it felt like a decent controller; I didn't have many complaints. Yeah, overall, for a budget controller, these ain't bad. I would've liked to have seen a better analog range on L2 and R2, but otherwise, these are decent for a kid who probably isn't gonna be able to tell the difference.
