What makes our product special?
The premium TKC professional pizza peel features a special design with perforations that allow you to pick up the dough without using additional flour while also getting rid of excess flour and cornmeal to enjoy a crispier crust. The paddle is made of anodized aluminum for more durability and sturdiness.
Please note: sprinkle some flour on the pizza peel head before use to avoid sticking.

Holding up well for use with my outdoor pizza oven. Just wish it was a bit more durable when the oven is so hot. At 800+ degrees if it is in contact with the stone for much time it will start to bend just a bit. Maybe I’m expecting too much to hold up better at that temp? Otherwise, it’s been a great peel.

I have a pizza oven and this helps me to turn it in such a small space .I would reccomend for turning in a pizza oven .

I'm using a Solo Stove Pi oven. The opening is 13" so it's kinda tight. My launch peel is just over 12" so it doesn't have much room to maneuver in there. This turning peel is very necessary when you're cooking a pizza in less than 2 minutes. It's nice and flat and works very well. Highly recommend.

I’ve used these for pizzas, but primarily I ordered it to remove hot things from ovens and microwaves. It’s perfect for removing a pot pie or a bowl that just doesn’t cooperate when using my fingers.

When I first saw this turning peel, I wondered whether or not I really needed it when just having a regular electric oven. Upon the first use, I wondered how I had ever gotten along without it. No more wondering if the crust was where I wanted it or risking a burn to find out. Very easy to stand back and take a peek under the edge of the crust without pulling the rack or losing a lot of heat. A must have when on the road to a perfect crust.
