Used it to cool down some linear regulator for a project. You will need your own thermal pace and M3 screws. I just need to dissipate around 7W so this heat sink should be enough.

TO220パッケージのMOS-FET、パワートランジスタ、三端子レギュレーター等のヒートシンクです。同パッケージ用としてはそこそこ大きめです。放熱性能はともかく、有名メーカーの規格品とサイズは同等です。裏表対照で、両面に実装することもできますが、ふつうはどちらか片面に使うものなんでしょうかね。本品には放熱シートやネジ類は付属していません。基板面にはピンが出ており、はんだ付けすることにより確実に固定して、基板にも熱を逃がすことが可能です。

These extruded aluminum heatsinks are a nice upgrade to some of the smaller (too small) stamped heat sinks that come on many types of low cost pre-soldered boards (I’m specifically thinking of TDA audio amplifier boards). These will fit pretty much anything in a TO 220 package (I show an example for size), and they come with support pins and in various heights to suit your application (and head dissipation needs). If you’re pushing your parts to the max, you really need some hefty heat sinks. The manufacture doesn’t specify the heat sink rating, but it’s probably in the ballpark of 5C/W or there about. 5 stars.

Dimensions as listed were spot on, and overall quality and durability are excellent.I found these to fit TO-220 components perfectly, and being symmetrical, two components can be fitted to a single sink for H bridges, etc.Highly satisfied overall and would order again, 5 stars.
