The pattern is great, the pillow case itself is very poor fabric to thin.

I love ❤️ this pillowcase kit for my grand daughter(who loves her two cats dearly), but it is very time consuming due to the amount of satin stitch in the design.

I gifted this to a friend who does these up as gifts for people, she said the print was nice and large- much easier to see then others she has done.

I really thought I would not like embroidery this as I didn't pick it out for me; BUT, quite the opposite. The pillowcases are good material and although I did leave the cats until last, when I started to embroidery them they were fun to do. However, the cats are too large to do the satin stitch so I used my"Donna stitch". Not keeping it a secret,it's just hard to explain how I do it. If you are used to doing the"long-short stitch" then you can go from there. Frankly I think mine is easier, but they pretty much turn out the same in the end. Most of this is satin stitch which I love, so if you're more of a "pro" have fun. They will make a wonderful gift.

The design and stamping are really cute. The quality of the fabric is suitable for gifting IF the recipient is ok with 200 or less thread count linens. It's seems a shame to put in so many hours of work to create something that should be heirloom and use low quality materials.

The stamped pattern is dark enough to see and well done. There are no breaks or smears in the design. I recommend it😃

I got these for my cat-crazed young daughter, who picked them out. While the pattern isn't my style, it was nicely stamped on both pillowcases, and the pillowcases seemed well-made. The directions were clear (although I did get confused between two of the colors because the symbols looked similar, but that's my fault), and the cases turned out nicely. I'd say at least 80% of this pattern is satin stitch, so if you're looking for a variety of stitches, this isn't a great kit for that. Note that it does not come with floss, so you can easily use different colors for a different look.
