Other than a little damage on one of the drum brackets.Great sound well packaged and Very professional look.There so nice I'm willing to accept the very minor damage.

Original set came and the 10" drum was cracked. I made one call and I received outstanding customer service and received a new set within 5 business days. I have an active percussionist for 50 years and the quality of these drums is great. I would recommend to my students.

Amazon falsely advertised this as a set, when only one drum and half-stand was included. The drum I got is high quality and beautiful, but useless without the complete set. I am very disappointed. Is there no quality control person to check this is supposed to be a two-box set? I am also disappointed that the automated complaint system doesn't allow one to talk to real people. Yes, they provide an option to refund my money, but what a waste of my time and no real answers as to why this occurred.
