This is a perfect transitional bed for my 2 and a half year old; it's smaller frame and high sides seem to give him more of a sense of security than the twin-sized toddler bed and frame we originally tried, and I like that the sides are also padded. It was also really easy to put together. It has a bit of an odd smell when you first unpack it, but I opened it in the garage, sprayed it with Odoban, and let it air out for a couple days before putting it together in his room, problem solved.

My kid loves the bed. He’s 3 and it’s a great fit for him. It’s easy to assemble and took about 15 minutes to assemble. It’s very sturdy and looks very cute and the kid loves it. The fabric for the boards is very soft and the height from the floor is decent for a 3 year old.
