Ad says it can handle heavy toilets, but mine barely made it across the room before the frame bent. The wheels also squeak loudly, and the whole thing feels unstable. For the price, I expected way better quality. Would not recommend.

I bought this toilet cart jack hoping it would make moving heavy toilets easier. The moment I tried to use it, one of the wheels snapped off! The plastic parts are flimsy and the metal frame feels weak. Total waste of money—don’t bother with this piece of junk.

My cart arrived with missing bolts, so I couldn’t even assemble it. Contacted the seller, and they ignored my messages. Finally got a reply after a week, but they refused to send replacements. Awful product and worse customer service. Stay away!
