While this is cetrainly functional, providing both a place for the roll in use plus the vertical pole for back-stock, the holder is too lightweight, in my oipinion. There is a bit of space in the base for possibly adding weights. I am expolroing that possibility. Nice, clean design.

I should’ve known this product was too cheap. The toilet paper doesn’t ever stay on and the base is too light so every time you take toilet paper, it tipped over.

I always thought a free standing toilet paper holder was a little weird. Until I moved into my new house. The bathrooms are set up so that the only place you can attach a toilet paper holder is on the same wall that the toilet is against. That means you have to turn completely around to get toilet paper. The free standing holder is working out great. No more playing twister when going to the bathroom.

I've had to replace the toilet paper holder a few times, so I finally just closed the holes and bought these for the rent house. They work great, go wherever the tenants need them, and are inexpensive enough that I don't worry about them getting broken or going missing.Sure, they could be higher quality (chrome over light pipe), but for the price, it's a good value.

I bought this because of how inexpensive it was. I quickly learned why. The thing does not stay together. I had to screw in the screws multiple times in a day to get it to stay upright, and even upright it's very flimsy. I would definitely recommend spending a few dollars more and getting the ones that are all one piece and sturdier.

I wish there was a knob to keep the roll from sliding off. Easy to assemble and attractive.
