Works great, you need to press and move the pad around on the handle for it to grip 100%. good product for a good price.

This pad holder needs more grip. It holds the white pads much better than the brown, but if you dip the pad in water the weight of the wet pad often causes it to come loose from the holder when lifting it to the work surface.
