Worked great for 2016 Fiesta ST. Although this was difficult to get on and to stay put, you can't keep your H1 bulbs in place without this. For those that don't understand (I didn't before I installed them), these brackets hold the removable flange collar of the H1 LED into the reflector.

Needs better instructions but works well to hold new led bulb in place.

I got these so I could put some H1 high beam LED bulbs in my Fiesta ST and they're what the bulb manufacturer specifically recommended. I can see how with other bulb types they would be an easy install but with LEDs with fan cooling on the back they are a huge PITA. Thankfully my fingers aren't huge and I had some very long screwdrivers to push them into place. One of them did snap off a little retainer upright in the process but the bulb seems secure enough with just one side holding it in place. We'll see how they fare in the long run.

4 stars for the lack of instructions, otherwise they perform as intended. Installed these on a 2012 Ford Focus MK3. Easy to install once you know what to do. Attached pictures of how it is installed since I couldn't find them elsewhere. Slides onto the guide rails where the factory connector slides in. Hopefully this is helpful to someone in the future.

Took a little finagling to get it just right, but it becomes clear how these work to adapt certain LED bulbs to the Fiesta ST High Beam socket, now both low and high beam have a great look and alignment was easy to make sure the LEDs were projecting and a correct pattern.

These are a must have for the last generation Fiesta and Focus with the H1 bulbs if you’re swapping to LED bulbs. Without them, the bulbs themselves won’t fit

Couldn't install LED H1 bulbs without them, so kind of a necessity. They seem very fragile, but do the job perfectly once you figure out how they go in.

Part didn't fit right. Didn't hold them up tight. And It broke. Ended up a epoxying LED light adapter ring directly to the reflector.

So it does work, however the Ford design has the H1 bulb in at an angle (see the picture - head on). For those who have installed LED headlights, for best beam dispersion you have to have them horizontal (level on the left and right sides). While there were no instructions on how to install, I figured it out but it doesn't solve the problem inherent to the headlight housing.
