contacts are rather flimsy. they work, but they dont hold the bulb snugly. one of the sockets was deformed right out of the pkg. and i didnt have any luck straightening out the comtacts i would opt for a different brand next time.

Repaired the instrument cluster in my 73 F-100 with these, my circuit board isn’t in the greatest shape so I wired these in and put some led’s and it works perfectly

The holding prongs are not spring tensioned steel, they bend out easily making contact with the 194 bulb pins tricky to contact for the bulb to work.

8P0-941-953 daytime running light socket is around $36. These have a 12mm width and fit in the headlight perfectly. Use a 194 bulb instead of the H6W bulb.

I own an ACTRON (Bosch) temp gage for my car, for some reason the bulb holder decided to call it quits. The actual light bulb was still good. If you own one of these gages you will know what garbage the bulb holder is. The replacement bulb holder is around $13, so not worth it, it will fail again. That's where these LED connectors come into play, not only are these connectors a lot more durable, but now you get to use a much brighter LED bulb. The rubber casing fit perfectly back into the temp gage. Super simple to install, RED to positive and BLACK to ground.

Worked good for parking lights for a set of E-code headlights for an old VW. Only downside is the rubber part is kind of hard for a push in style socket. Just found the rubber a little plasticky but fitment was great for what I needed.

Rubber socket does not hold contacts in alignment to allow bulb simple removal and insertion. Requires removal of the contacts from the rubber, connection to the bulb and reinsertion of all into the rubber. Depending on location and skill level, may be quite a challenge. Good price and OK when done properly.
