This is good looking when all is said and done. It was basically brutal to assemble, as it's like the plastic is, in my opinion, a lower quality than any other planter like this that I have, and so it just was so unwilling to snap into place. My palms were so sore. Then, the poles, SMH, I used a rubber mallet, and they went in without damage, but pushing by hand, nearly impossible for me, especially since my hands were sore from assembling the base. So, I will say, in the end, it looks cute - and that's it, it's cute, lower end but if it fits your price range, a good planter to have. I do love the green. My intention was to plant my passionflower in this, but I'll go with jasmine officinalis because passionflower will be too heavy, my variety anyway.

The product's assembly is straightforward. However, some components don't snap into each other easily and require a little force. Fit and finish are decent once fully assembled, and the planter is aesthetically pleasing! The casters come with the product, but I chose not to install them because 1) they don't fit the base too tightly, and 2) they create instability to the planter base. This is a self-watering base with 3 wicks provided. The trellis seems a little flimsy, but time will tell if it can handle the weight of tomatoes or cucumbers; no planting yet at the time of this review. Time will tell if the material used can survive the outdoor environment, but as received, it is good.

This planter box and trellis is plastic but it’s pretty thick and feels well-made. The casters don’t really roll very well so I’m definitely going to put it in place and then fill it and add my plant because I don’t know that it’s going to be easy to move. I do like that it has a watering reservoir and comes with hydration rope to prevent over watering. The tray where the water goes also has an opening that’s easy to fill so it can be filled without having to fill from the top and it holds a couple of weeks’ worth of water! The trellis is a great height and comes with clips for helping to train the vines. It’s a pretty large size, too, and big enough to be a nice added focal point to our front porch. This didn’t get a full five stars because it was a pain to put together. Technically, it’s not complicated to assemble, but the box and tray took a little pushing and shoving, and then taking apart and putting back together because the pieces aren’t labeled which side goes up and it’s not easy to tell. The pieces don’t click into place very easily, either… I got it together, but it wasn’t as quick as I expected it to be.

The raised garden planter is so good looking and the lattice trellis is cute and has a little bird at the top. It was easy to put together with a rubber mallet and has a good amount of room in the box area, plenty for a tomato plant. I put a better bush in mine and look forward to seeing it grow and fruit. I love that this is self watering and has caster wheels so I can roll it around as the sun rotates during the season. I would recommend highly, very nice planter. Thank you!

I’ve purchased various planter boxes before, and this one is also very easy to assemble with decent quality. The trellis is set to one side rather than in the middle, which makes it especially suitable for climbing plants like flowers or vegetables. The planter comes in a light color scheme, which looks quite nice and visually appealing.
