I bought this tape runner to have a more precise gluing tool. I wanted to be able to glue up to the edge of the item I was attaching without mess. This runner isn't precise. The adhesive is spotty. It doesn't stay where you roll it. And if it gets a bit over the edge of the item, it never dries but stays sticky where it is exposed & sticks to whatever touches it. Glue will dry if you get some on the page. I'm not impressed with the tape runner. I'm not sure what projects I'll use it on.

I purchased this a while ago and can't return it. I started using it for card making yesterday. It lasted me a day. I could not figure out how to put it back together after it stopped working. I wish I had used it after purchasing it so I could have sent it back.

It a very strong adhesion. Maybe too strong. I would only recommend using this for absolutely final positioning if you’re using this for journaling or scrapbooking. I think I’ll be going back to their regular line tapes when I’m finished using this.

I like this product because it is so strong, however it tends to gum up on the applicator.

There is a bit of a learning curve: you have to make a "check mark" motion to finish each application. But once you get that down pat, it is wonderful. And being able to purchase refills rather an entire new applicator is great.

Best adhesive of all times. Holds fast and doesn’t dry out over time so seasonal Cards can be displayed over many years. The only downfall would be once you stick it there’s no moving it if it’s a wee bit off. So be careful when you stick something cause that’s where it will be.

Used this while wrapping Christmas presents. The wrapped presents looked fantastic as there was not one single piece of sellotape in sight across either the gift-wrap or any of the other items (ribbon, bows or tags) which was noticed by, and highly complimented, by the present recipients. None of the believed that I had wrapped the presents myself!The Tombow Xtreme Adhesive Tape Runner is easy to use as long as you follow the instruction and remember that "when finished applying, swipe applicator to the side for a clean break of tape before lifting applicator", otherwise you'll end up in the sticky (sorry!) situation when the applicator becomes blocked and can be difficult to clear.As the Tombow is refillable using , I'll be using this for all gift-wrapping in future and I'm sure I'll also find many other uses for it.

Good product. It dries quickly, and keeps paper together - the paper would tear before the glue gives way.Strength:- If you want a stronger bond, then you'll want to lay down a few strips of glue side by side as you would with tape / normal glue.- You can fold a piece of cardboard (amazon box) in on itself, and the strips of glue will hold it down pretty well. If I pull it apart, the cardboard tears and the glue holds.- MUCH stronger than the cheap, standard strength glue stripsUtility:- Easy to use. Read the instructions, as it mentions the "tip" that the other reviewers talk about. (When applying, swipe it to the side to break off the glue)- Very portable, BUT the there's no cap. Either buy a small plastic container for this, or make an improvised capOne complaint:- Doesn't have a CAP to protect the head. I don't want glue getting on other stuff, and I don't want the tape getting dislodged. Oversight on the manufacturer's partOverall:I would definitely recommend this product. It's kind of like double-sided tape.

I have to say this one is my favorite so far. It sticks VERY well so be sure you put it when you want it because it's not going to come off. The roller on this one doesn't work as well as some. It glue gets caught up on it so I have be careful with it. I bet that's been the issue of some people rather than them not using it right. I think mine is a bit defective. But the others have been good. So that's why a 4 star.

Love this stuff. I use it to hold items in need of a strong adhesive. There is s trick to using it though. When you have finished your line of adhesive, pull the container to the side in a quick motion and you will "break" the line of adhesive without a problem.
