I've been looking for a new pressure cooker since the one I inherited from my grandmother finally broke after about 30 years of solid use. Two of the pressure cookers I purchased were less than great and I gave them to friends who were willing to give them a shot. This one however was so terrible wouldn't bestow it on my worst enemy. It could not come up to pressure because the seal was too loose. It would not even get enough pressure to allow steam to release - and actually I only saw a limited amount of steam. I was determined to see things through till the pot of pre-soaked beans finished cooking it took over four hours and the beans were still tough and crumbly. I dumped out the beans and threw the worthless pot into the trash bin. I will just keep using my crockpot until I can find a well built, old fashioned type of pressure cooker that's made in America, not China. Please pass up the desire to purchase this one even though it looks attractive, because you will be so upset you spent a lot of money on it. Total and complete garbage. I only gave it 4 stars because you can't go lower than that! 🤮😭

Do you also have a fear of pressure cookers? Wellllll, this one I was worried about but this was absolutely game changing! I literally have no fear of this pot at all.things to note:-While you have something cooking, you can't really see much or at least I couldn't for this particular item of choice it was actually pretty great to have to be able to peer in at any time and when about to open the pot.- The instructions were slightly confusing as I was looking round and round and round for the way to safely open the pot after the meat finished cooking. Turns out you just have to make sure you remove it from heat, and slowly spin the lid from open to close and that helps de-pressurize the pot SO QUICKLY.- Since the pot can pretty much depressurize at any point in time in the cooking process, not only do the instructions mention and encourage it, but you can take the lid off to keep adding ingredients throughout the cooking process!!! Once I read that I felt like my mind was blown as usually whatever was cooked in the huge pressure cooker pots, you had to pretty much set it and forget it and hope it tastes as it should in the end.This pot really has me excited cause it said it can cook rice in less than 10 minutes. Overall, I truly could not recommend this pot more than I already do. The lid feels so high tech and safe. (I don't have to worry about any p[potential problems happening if i open the lid early) and I'm truly excited to try out so many recipes!

I love it, it’s the perfect size since I tend to cook too much so it keeps my portions smaller. It easy to use and clean. I just love it

So i thought this pot would be a little smaller from looking at the photos but its big enough to hold a small hen. this was my first time getting a pressure cooker and made a pot roast in it. I can say for sure its a learning process but i do wish there was a little bit more instructions on using it really for those who have never used one before.

This little pressure cooker is easy to use. It cooks quickly and food turns out great. The instructions are not the best. There is a detail viable glass window so you can monitor your progress. It is suitable for all cooktops. Have not used it for canning but it performs well with regular cooking.
