After inserting adjacent tiles slide clip over T-bar until base of clip makes contact with tile. To move or remove clip insert a large flat screwdriver in the top of the clip and turn slightly to open mouth of clip enough to free it from T-bar. Universal clip works with most T-bars and ceiling tiles. Spring steel teeth hold clip firmly in place. No tools required to install.

I have no idea in the world how you are to use these for a drop ceiling. Buy them and you’ll see what I mean.

bought some plastic clips at HD and Menards neither of them worked. These are much tighter and keep tile in place

These are pretty good for holding vertical panels in place. Far better than the plastic clips I got from HD. The HD clips do not go in deep enough to hold the recessed panel at all, these do and with decent pressure against them. So if your going to build digits and drops, clips like these are a must.
