This case has been great for both my IPhone 12 Pro Max and my sons IPhone X. Love having the strap on the back for my hand. Love having the lanyard for when I want to be hands free. I’ve dropped my phone several times and not even a crack. My son utilized the pocket on the back for a trip to DC for his cash and ID. I’ve had mine for a year now and still in great shape!

A loop, strap, a ring, any type of thing to hold my phone with my hand is a must for my arthritic thumbs. I've had many cases with rings that swivel that I thought were amazing, but they'd break within a few months. I went on the search for a durable strap that could easily be used to pick my phone up, hold while laying in bed, hold while sitting on the couch, hold while...well you get the picture. I ordered this one for my iPhone X and pray they never stop making it! I didn't think about carrying cards or cash in it until my daughter saw my case, said "where has this been all my life!?!" and ordered herself one and put her debit card in it and I thought what a great idea! I now carry a card, a $20, and my passport card for I.D. in lieu of my purse when I don't need it. The strap takes quite the abuse of being pulled up, pushed down, unsnapped, shoved in my bag, and shoved in my back pocket and is still holding up strong months later. I personally don't use the lanyard but only because I don't even like necklaces around my neck, but my friend who saw my case and also had to have one says it's the best thing and she loves being hands free with it. I ordered a pink case and it does show a little blue on the edges from my jean pockets, but nothing a little wiping off hasn't taken care of. I haven't dropped my phone yet, but I can tell it would be protected if I did. The other thing that's great is the rubber sides are grippy enough to pick up off a flat surface, yet not too grippy that it won't slide in your pocket. I'd safely say it's the best case I've ever owned for any of my phones.

Really, really nice case. This case has everything I was seeking - holds cards securely, has a good protective case, looks smart and has an adjustable lanyard. Since purchasing the case a couple of weeks ago, two people have stopped and asked where I got it. I highly recommend this case.To be really particular, I would like to see Toovren offer the lanyard (or a least an option) in a much longer length. I made an adjustable lanyard that is 1” wide and can be adjusted to reach into my pants pocket. The extra width is easier on my neck and the added length makes me less anxious about accidentally losing a rather pricey investment.January 2020 update. I cannot imagine having any other case for my phone! This case allows me to go “purse-free” and is so convenient to hold onto using the snap hand-strap. The snap is very secure and has yet to open unexpectedly. I use the lanyard rarely now, as the hand-strap allows such ease of use. After many months of use, I still highly recommend this product.2023 Update: After 4 1/2 years of use, the snap is getting a little loose. I searched Amazon for wallet cases, but could not find one that offers the convenience and practicality this TOOVREN case affords me. I am re-ordering! This case has served me well and I look forward to another 4 1/2 years with my new one!

I’ve been using this case for a couple of months and it’s the best. I am a mom of twin toddlers so I often need to my hands free while still having my phone handy nearby if I need it. However, not every outfit I wear has pockets and I was getting frustrated with how often would put my phone down somewhere and forget it upstairs or in another room.I had previously been using a plastic case with a pop socket attached to it and I loved the extra security of having some sort of grip but I decided that I wanted a lanyard case to solve my issue. Most of the cases I found on my search wouldn’t be compatible with a phone grip like a pop socket either because of the design (wallet on the back of the case) and/or material the case was made out of (PU, leather, etc).The snap loop on the back of this case works great for the extra security of a grip and the lanyard keeps my phone close and hands-free, I just got in the habit of slipping it over my neck when I’m done. I don’t use the pocket too often but it has been handy to occasionally slip a note or card back there when needed. The case itself is very durable and has survived multiple drops from me and my little ones and so far hasn’t begun showing any wear and tear.

I love this case. It's very sturdy, protective and well made. The strap on the back with two snap positions can be used as a stand that works very well, and it can also be used as a hand grip. For me, it is a perfect handle to be used for holding the phone when reading. No other case I've seen has this strap feature. Also, no other case I've seen has an adjustable neck lanyard. The fact that the loop for the lanyard is on the bottom makes it even better. When you wear the lanyard around your neck and pick up the phone, it is facing you and doesn't have to be twisted around to view the screen. The slightly raised covered buttons on the sides make it less likely to press them by accident and also easier to find them by touch. The iPhone X buttons are flat and easy to press by accident. The pocket on the back is also a useful feature.

Protects the phone and has the lanyard hook. I changed the lanyard to a Victoria's Secret Pink one because it's thicker and more comfortable.Improvements: Lanyard hook could be a little more durable. It works, but I foresee it coming off in the far future if it's moved back and forth a lot. The neck strap is thin. Phones are heavy and to wear it for a long period of time would probably hurt my neck. It's good for short periods of time, or swap it out for a thicker, more comfortable lanyard.It charges wirelessly. I also stuck a flat magnet on the bottom / back part of the phone so I can prop it up in my car.
