Dispensed cold water very well until 3 days later when it became unplugged. When I plugged it back in, it was only dispensing warm and hot water. I have attempted ever troubleshooting step I could think of, I even unplugged it for a day, flipped the green switch on the back to off (they way it arrived) and it still fails to dispense cold water. Broken after only a few days.

The product was received in a damaged box and when opened, the dispenser was cracked. Seller does not pay for returns for damaged goods. When I tried to return the item, USPS was going to charge $35 for shipping. I had already paid that amount to get it shipped to my house. I decided to keep it and see if would worked. The item did not dispense any water. If I could give negative ZERO stars, I would. Do not purchase this item from this seller. Terrible service.

We only had it foe 2 weeks . We had three other units and sent them back for different reasons .This one , so far is very quiet and the hot is good enough to make soup and tea , the cold is about 45 degrees .

We all know in these times we need to save where we can. So I decided to invest in this product to save from buying bottle waters. This water dispenser can hold up to a five gallon jug. It has a cold and hot setting. Functional, sturdy and would recommend for the price. Using this and refilling jugs at our local water station has saved us tons of money.

We actually got rid of the dispenser we had and replaced it with this one. What a difference! This one lets you place a mug on a tray deep enough to keep it from falling to the floor. Then it lets you turn on the water using one hand instead of three. Then it delivers water hot enough to brew tea properly. The designers of this product must have done what designers should always do -- they used and revised the product until they got it right. Bravo! On top of that it's even pleasant to look at.
