I’ll start by saying I already had a full size Primo water dispenser. When I bought this one I wanted one for next to my bed because my medications cause me to be very thirsty.The bad - it has a small reservoir, about 16 ounces. So that’s how much cold water you can dispense at a time. Also, water isn’t very cold at all. Compare this to the Primo which has a gallon reservoir and much colder water (though it’s not as cold as I’d like either.)The good - it fits perfectly on my nightstand and is so cute! I love that aspect and it’s so convenient. It’s also much less expensive than the Primo.All in all I’m pretty happy with it

Cheap but not really awesome. I dont use hot water. But i was hoping to get cold water. Not a little bit colder than counter top

Cooler works as advertised nothing special but does exactly what it says it does.Heating works extremely well cooling works well also extremely lightweight for the large 5 gallon water bottles.The reason I would not give this 5 stars is the fact that this has mainly plastic parts that I know won’t last for a long time.
