Filter fits deep pans only, not 2wd s10 but solenoids cured my second gear only condition in a 1995 s10 with 4.3

The shift solenoids were completely different and there wasn't anywhere on em for the "external hitch pin" (think 2"x.5" C-clip). The groove was missing so I had to file them out on each.The filter did not fit at all, the pan wouldn't even go back on.It shows , what looks like on my phone, a cork gasket but it was rubber. No big deal, it's just with everything else that went wrong with, what looked like a promising order, was just a bunch of stuff I had to modify to use and it still didn't fix it

Everything worked great, the gasket was a cheap rubber that shouldn't have been there .. The gasket shown was a cork gasket and that's why I bought it . .. The rubber one provided has leaked and now I have to take everything apart again to replace the gasket with a cork gasket.

Arrived in the typical Amazon prime 2 days. And was the correct fit. Didn’t end up fixing vehicles issue but it’s not like it’s going to hurt having the new shift solenoids in and a new transmission filter and gasket. Now just need to figure out my next step so I can get it fixed and running properly.
