Bought it to host people and work from home to be able for clients to be able to have a cup of tea- however, plugged it in for the day and so exiciedly went to get us tea.....but it was COLD. Actually room temperature. Not cold not hot for either- so this is a scam. It's a water holder/dispenser and nothing more- it does not heat the water and I am super bummed about it was even telling friends about it and how excited I was to get it. I have to figure out now how to replace it, which will cost a lot more now....

According to the advertisement I thought a 5 gallon water bottle would fit inside the cabinet below water cooler. However a 5 gallon bottle will not fit in the cabinet.

If your cooler arrives damaged like mine did, you will be expected to pay to return it. The return postage will cost you about the same amount as the cooler itself. Be wary. And read the fine print should you need a refund or to return it.

I was very disappointed that it didn't come with a water bottle. You have to buy that separately. The water cooler will be great this summer when it is hot outside and I will have cold water to drink.
