Fits on our poles well, don't come loose easily (a good thing), and are exactly what we needed for more accurate elevations on dirt and sand (where we most often use the GPS rover). Note: we are not surveyors, but are an engineering firm, and we use these on our GPS rover poles for taking field measurements.
