As of 2021, the 1099 MISC is called the Miscellaneous “Information” form. You’ll still use this form to report miscellaneous income and payer-made sales of $5,000 and more. Does not actually contain the 1099misc forms.Makes it difficult to use when your employees get commission AND tips.The product claims that it does. It does not. The pictures of what is included claims that it does, it does not.This was a total waste of money

For the past 2 years. TOPS has put out forms that do not line up with QB the most widely used accounting software. Instead, they hope you will sign up to file your taxes online or pay extra for their program.
