Let's face it, this thing is big and ugly. It won't go with any of your furniture or décor and your wife will hate it but it works oh so well.The core of this item is the heating unit which is basically a tea pot with a rubber tube where the steam comes out. It comes with a remote but honestly, that isn't needed since, in general, the heating unit works best when closest to the tent. The heating unit has controls on it so I'd much rather unzip a tiny bit, reach my hand out and make adjustments than bring the remote inside this oven. And there really isn't much need to access the controls anyway. The instructions tell you to put water in the heating unit, turn it on to level 6 and wait 10 minutes before you get inside. That's about all the controls you need unless you are going for a sauna record time. Temperature is something you try once or twice, find what you like and never really change. I suppose if you brought it outside, you might want to jack up the temps but that means the tent will probably get dirty or damaged and you may not want to bring it back inside to use.Anyway, there are a few windows, good quality zippers, a vent at the top, a liner for the base so water doesn't leak everywhere all over your floor. Set up is simple and the instructions are easy to read.This is where my adventure with this sauna starts to go off the map. I quickly decided the tent wasn't practical. It was just too big and took too long to set up and it doesn't come with a carry bag. I was half disassembling the tent between uses but it was still always in the way. I store it in my tool room but that means, I'm always dancing around it with greasy hands. What I did was take a visit to my local hardware store and pick up a 5 foot section of tubing. Then I packed up the tent forever.I then took the heater and extra tubing and plugged it into a bathroom outlet. Then I ran the tubing into my shower. And let me tell you, this is the solution. It worked so well. My shower is about the same size as the tent and I have a ledge in it for shaving and sitting that I use. Everything I need is 2 steps away so I don't need to walk through my house, dripping with perspiration. It also makes the clean up super easy because I just turn off the heater, turn on the bathroom fan, unplug, let it cool down for 20 minutes and then put the heater away in my closet.So in short, this works very nicely. It's a great addition to battle winter and cold or colds. But the tent is too big and ugly and doesn't come with a carry bag so I'm unsure what the manufacturer thought we were supposed to do with it other than keep it set up all year long.However, if you can hack it like I did, more power to ya. It is a nice thing to have.

Tons of space and hold heat really well. Easy clean up! Definitely worth the price.

This thing is incredible. I've started working out from home vs the gym. Ironically I found myself missing the add-on features of gyms more than the actual equipment.This is so simple to put together. I love it. I can't say enough good things about it.

This was super easy to assemble. I personally love going to the sauna but the closest near me is at my gym, and sometimes it gets crowded after a workout. Now that I have one at home it has been a blast and I can fully enjoy it to my own liking. Highly recommend!

I love the size of this sauna. It's just right. Excellent heat levels. Easy to install because the instructions are clear and simple which made them easy to follow which is a bonus if you know what I mean. You? Excellent value for the money. In my opinion, my functionality is excellent. I'd like to filter quality as well. I'm really glad I got it.

Overall, we are happy with this. From the seller photos, I thought this would be full size. The measurements clearly show it’s about 5’ but the images of people beside the unit really deceives me into believing thinking this was full size. That said, aside from that, the unit sets up and works fairly easy and well.
