It didnt come as pictured. It was too large for any fingers. After having it in the freezer for many hours it wouldn't stay cool long enough to ease any pain. Do not recommend.

This works! The directions say not to put it in a microwave, but I did. I heated the sleeve on "defrost" for just 10 seconds, and it worked perfectly without damaging the sleeve in any way. I expect it will last for a very long time; I've heated it and re-heated it many times now. Highly recommended.......
