This holder only works well for the more authentic, mini tortillas. It gets too crowded to have both sections filled.

I love this little set. Itβs perfect for a dinner for two and the recipient book is worth the cost on his own.

I do like a Taco from time to time as does my wife so when I saw this I thought that it would be ideal to use on Taco nights and ordered it.On opening, this is pretty much ready to use, just the ceramic bowls to unwrap and place on the board and it's done.The wooden base looks to be of a decent thickness and is smooth to the touch then finished with a clear lacquer. On the top of the board is the product name inscribed at the front and then two circular cutouts that hold the dip bowls and help them to not slide about. On the right hand side are two rows of folded stainless steel formed into V grooves that will hold three Taco shells on each side, this is where I had the problem. Maybe my Taco shells are larger than some others but when trying to fill all six of the slots I found the shells to be to wide and in the end I had to have them hanging off of the edge, this worked ok but they were not very stable for filling so we had to just fill them one at a time incase they fell off. The dip bowls are a nice size and have a decent finish to them, these I did find to be ideal for salsa and soured cream or anything else we might want to use as sauce.Overall, this is a nice set it's just a shame that it isn't an inch or two wider to accommodate the Taco shells better, next time we use it I will be looking for some slightly shorter shells so that we can use it as intended so hopefully we will be able to find them on our next shop.

This is the perfect set-up for βTaco Night!β The recipe book is full of good ideas. I sometimes get in a rut of just using a kit for tacos so Iβm looking forward to trying something new. To protect the wooden board a bit better, I coated it with a butcher block conditioner and then a cutting board oil. Itβs nothing that needs to be done since youβre not eating off the board, but it was just my preference to keep the wood sealed with some mineral oil. When I do use the taco kit, these bowls are the perfect size for the sauce that comes with it. This set is almost too cute to store away when not in use.

This taco holder kit was one of those items that you can file under "Things I didn't know I needed, until I got one"!Love this thing. Just a really great way to present your taco meal with space for holding 6 tacos, all on a nice wooden board (almost charcuterie style), and with a few cutouts to hold small dishes for sauces!Love this thing! What a great way to 'class up' Taco Tuesdays in our house! Very sturdy and durable build! This will last for quite some time!Highly recommened!

We used to have taco stands like these until they rusted and we threw them away (25 years ago when our kids were still at home). We don't do Tacos on a regular basis anymore, so we didn't miss the stands too much. But maybe now that we have new stands, maybe we'll have tacos more often again?Tacos can be very healthy, flavorful meals. The board with the bowls is something that the old Taco Racks did NOT come with, so they are a great bonus, too. But the real reason my wife ordered this set was for the recipes.Used to be, tacos were always ground beef flavored with Taco seasoning while browning, added to a taco shell and topped with chopped vegies and cheeses, and some bottled sauce whether taco or salsa. Maybe this recipe book will change all that.There are several recipes for Tacos with NO MEAT that sound terrific, even to a meat-and-potatoes guy like me! Plus recipes for the salsas and sauces (including pineapple salsa)! The recipe book has 20 recipes, in each of 4 languages, and is a nicely-bound and professionally printed smaller book that will add nicely to our recipe book collection.Overall, the recipes alone earn this a full 5-star rating; adding in the Taco Stands, the board, the sauce cups - shall we say twelve and a half stars? No, seriously, it definitely deserves a full 5-star rating!
