War über die Größe erstaunt, dachte ja, dass er etwas kleiner ausfällt, da unsere Schildkröte ja nur einen panzerdurchmesser von 15 cm hat. Da erscheint mir der „Salatball“ mit den relativ großen Löchern doch ziemlich groß. Aber die Verarbeitung ist gut und beim auspacken kein unangenehmer Geruch.

Cute concept but they didn't take to it. And also getting the lettuce in was a challenge without breaking it and it becoming damaged and soggy. Maybe for some other turtles.

I thought this would be a very small toy for my 5 inch tortoise, but it was huge. The product needs sizes so people know how big this is

We like the smaller size for our animals. Perfect to hide hay for horses & goats. Holes in ball are too large for our big tortoise… he pulls out the veggies easily.

It is larger than I thought it would be-even though measurements are included in product details. But I’m happy I got it anyways because my tortoise is still growing so it’s an item I can get my money’s worth in the long run.
