I needed something to keep my embroidery thread close by. Decided to hang them on the wall beside sewing area for quick access.I love that they can either hang on wall (all hardware was included!) or sit on a surface too! That makes them even more versatile.Size is perfect for my space, no assembly required. They are sturdy enough for my purpose.Happy with my choice!

The wood was slightly warped so two won't hang straight side by side & the fixed spindkes were both disappointments. I didn't return but I won't buy again.
