Purchased on January 13/22 - Attempted to return on January 18/22 UNUSED!!! This product is very cheaply made, base doesn't sit flush on counter, top doesn't sit flush on base, it's a mess! Tried to return through regular channels through AMAZON and was told it was unreturnable! It DOES NOT state unreturnable anywhere on the purchase page. Now I'm told I have to try to go through the manufacturer. What a waste of time and money! Don't buy this product!!

I had one of these several years ago and found it worked well and cut down on having the oven on. I was really pleased to see they are still on the market.

Bad Product. Did not cook meat evenly. I tried cooking different meats, and different weights of meats. Eventually threw it away, and ask for a refund.

This oven is great for what you pay for it. Chicken comes out great, almost like it's been fried. Love this thing, except for the grill.After a few months, we began having to pick little pieces of teflon off our food, as it was peeling off the grill. Looked online for replacement parts, but could not find any. If the oven comes with a stainless, or nickel grill (like the picture), then it's totally worth it. If not, be prepared to have to hunt for a replacement grill.
