Yes, this has a mixer and temperature can be set, but then not easily adjustable. That temperature you chose during install is the temperature you will have whenever using this faucet so one temp for hand washing and toothbrushing. Changing temperature means changing it at the mixer under the sink so not as easy as a regular faucet so this might be touches but not a faucet I would really want in my bathroom because I don't want to wash with cold water or brush my teeth with warm. I want adjustability.
