I disassembled the laptop changed out the touchpad and this one did absolutely nothing. Thankfully the one I was replacing was at least somewhat functional so I put it back in. The item was listed as OEM but there was no part number or the manufacturer indication on it at all. The circuit board inside it was also green whereas the one I took out of the laptop was blue.
